Dr. Samir J. Shaia is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with a specialization in Interventional Spine. A Cleveland native, he overcame a life-threatening injury as a teen and turned his experience into a lifelong mission to serve others through medicine.

He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Ohio University and has served on multiple medical and community boards, including HSUF and NOLAA. Dr. Shaia lives in Cleveland with his wife Ghunwa and their three children, and he is a strong advocate for nutrition, wellness, and giving back.
