Fady Chamoun is the President and CEO of Seasoned Brands LLC, which operates over 45 restaurants and food manufacturing businesses, including Aladdin’s Eatery and Jasmine Bakery. He earned his engineering degree from the University of Michigan and has pioneered Lebanese cuisine in the U.S. for nearly three decades.

A dedicated philanthropist, Fady serves as Vice Chair of the USEK Board of Trustees and is HSUF President Emeritus. He also serves on boards at Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, and the National Apostolate of Maronites. He is deeply involved in civic and religious communities.
