Adam Kaufman is the founder of the Up2 Opportunity Fund, a technology venture capital fund, and serves as an advisor to Palo Alto-based Ovo Fund and JumpStart Ventures in Cleveland. He hosts the Washington D.C.-based Up2 Podcast, which has been downloaded in 80 countries.

Adam also founded the Up2 Foundation, promoting humility in leadership. He is the former president of the Healthnetwork Foundation and served for a decade on the board of Biltmore Trust Company. In 2016, Adam and his wife Claire visited Lebanon for the first time, connecting with his ancestral village Zghartagrine and exploring his Maronite heritage. He served four years as Treasurer before becoming President of the Holy Spirit University Foundation (HSUF). Adam and Claire reside in Cleveland and are proud parents of three grown children.
