Dhekrayet Nakadh-Stillwell is the Executive Director of the Holy Spirit University Foundation (HSUF). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a master’s degree in Human Rights. Her professional background combines advancement, fundraising, donor relations, executive support, and communications, with a strong commitment to mission-driven work in higher education and nonprofit environments.

Over the course of her career, Dhekrayet has supported leadership teams on strategic initiatives, relationship building, and philanthropic outreach. She brings strong communication and writing skills in both English and French, along with a thoughtful and collaborative approach to development and institutional engagement.
